Information, not an offer
The site describes how Ring Side Leads proposes to run enquiry programmes, in general terms. It is not an offer or a contract. Services, fees, terms and the lead standard that applies to you are set out only in a written quote and agreement signed by both parties. Site content may change before an agreement is signed.
No promised results
We do not promise any number of enquiries, booked jobs, revenue or return on ad spend. Nothing on the site should be read as a promise of results.
Illustrative examples
Records, reports, diagrams and images marked "Illustrative" use synthetic data or generated imagery. They show formats and processes. They are not client results and do not describe real people or businesses. Results vary.
Assessment requests
Sending a request does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either side. Please give accurate business information and don't include your customers' details or financial, health or other sensitive information. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. Do not send automated bulk submissions, submit from other websites, scrape or probe the site, interfere with its operation, try to get around its security or rate limits, pretend to be someone else, or send content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design, logo and images belong to Paul Rammeloo or are used under licence. "Ring Side Leads" is used as a trade name. You get no licence to use any of this beyond what the law allows. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. You keep any rights you have in the information you send through the form.

Links to other sites, such as government programmes or regulators, are for information. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
